Working Time Regulations

At HamaTech APE, we operate a working time model which offers ultimate flexibility.
Core work hours are limited to the time period from 9.00am to 3.00pm and may be interrupted by a lunch break of up to 2 hours. Beyond this, employees may use the flexihours between 06.00am through 7.00pm completely at their discretion to achieve their daily target hours. An individual work time account ensures that overtime can be accumulated and/or consumed to match the current operational activity level and at the same time meet the individual’s personal demands with regard to family and recreation.

Training

Innovative products and technological challenges require expertise and a well-trained staff. We are committed to a “learning-by-doing” approach complemented with internal and external training programs. Our internal training programs are focused on HamaTech products and processes as well as critical health and safety instruction. We promote participation in external workshops and seminars. Skills acquired during the training are actively passed on through internal training sessions creating a self-learning and developing organization.

Our company is located in scenic Sternenfels within the state of Baden-Württemberg.
